Sustainability
JunXion Farm harvests sustainably. We never harvest more than 5% of the total crop (experts recommend up to 10%). We also control the harvest pattern to ensure we are never clearing an area. We only harvest mature plants growing in clusters while preserving flowering plants. Also, we provide details on how to replant the root plates to regenerate the plants on your own property or return them to us for replanting.
Site Guidelines
JunXion Farm exists in an Act 319 homestead designated for educating the public about the local ecosystem. We are also bordered by private residences with a shared easement. As such, there are specific instructions to the farm and parking to avoid disruption to our neighbors and their private property. Attendees will receive those instructions including a map and phone call prior to the event. There will also be drinking water available and a porta-potty for your use.

An Unforgettable St. Paddys Day! Crab Cake Dinner w/ Chef Michael Meyers
Guests will be treated to dinner prepared by Chef Michael Meyers, owner of Mother Nature's Sun, an all-natural gourmet food business specializing in, what else, seafood.
A Chadds Ford area resident, Michael found success this time with online sales, shipping his crab cakes, surf and turf, gumbo, and more, around the country. His revered crab cake recipe is basically the crab cake from Le Bec-Fin, the Philadelphia restaurant once named the finest French cuisine in America by Conde Nast and Esquire, among others.
From sourcing to preparation, Michael takes great care to prepare what many have described as the finest crab cake.
Only 40 JunXion readers will join Michael for this St. Patrick’s Day Feast!
There will be a 5p and 7p seating—select your entrée and seating time below.
Please do not hesitate if you have allergies of restrictions for certain foods. We will make any arrangement I can to make your evening memorable. Just let us know in advance here.
